Samozrejme ze se odvolal, precedens je na jeho strane. Ani Holder, Lerner a Janet Reno za tu samou vec (Contempt of Congress) do lochu jit nemuseli.
Holder:
- Turned over 7,600 documents and that Holder has testified before Congress nine times about Fast and Furious.
- Holder became the first sitting attorney general to be held in contempt of Congress during an investigation of the Operation Fast and Furious ATF gunwalking scandal. The House Oversight committee voted in favor of holding Holder in contempt by a 23-17 margin, along party lines.
- The first time Congress has taken such a dramatic move against a sitting Cabinet official. The vote was 255-67, with 17 Democrats voting in support of a criminal contempt resolution, which authorizes Republicans leaders to seek criminal charges against Holder. Two Republicans, Reps. Steve LaTourette (Ohio) Scott Rigell (Va.), voted against the contempt resolution.
Bannon:
- Odmitl svedcit pred bipartisan Jan. 6th komisi. Totalne je ignoroval a vysmival se jim.
- Ted mu to je lito
Rozdil mezi Holder a Bannon je, ze Holder s Republikanama spolupracoval, dal
jim vsechny dokumenty a vypovidal pred komisi. Bannon komisi ignoroval a na to
jsou zakony ... vis vysokoskolaku ?
