"já". A není to proto, že by se naucili neríkat "já". Oni nemyslí na
"já". Myslí na "my"; myslí na "tým". Chápou, že jejich úkolem je zajistit
fungování týmu. Prijímají odpovednost a nevyhýbají se jí, ale "my"
získává kredit..... Práve to vytvárí duveru, která vám umožní splnit
úkol.
